Title: Business Analyst

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Science or equivalent.

Minimum experience required: 5+ years(if Bachelors), 2+ years(if Masters).

Skills: Rational Rose / SODA, RequisitePro, Clearcase / Clearquest,VB,MS SQL, Windows, Unix.

Location: Union City, CA

Pay rate: Negotiable, as per OES industry standards.

Length: Long term / Permanent.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for analysis, design, development, project planning and testing.
• Define and layout project scope, risks and estimates which include resource hours, cost and budget.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize and documented business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements for the system or application.
• Create Project Planning and Requirements templates; Project Proposal, Business Requirements Document, Test Plan.
• Working on analyzing and designing an internal lead, sale and resume management system.
• Working on external clients’ projects.
• Analyzing complex data systems and documenting data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies.
• Developing automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from database systems.
• Designing business process models following UML based method using Rational Rose to create use case diagram, interaction diagram, class and interactive diagram.
• Documenting and establishing traceability between the business requirements, business rules, navigation maps, screen mock-ups and test scenarios.
• Working in partnership with other business analysts, data architects and application developers to build data transactional and warehousing system.
