DevOps Engineer

Canvas Infotech Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of DevOps Engineer based in Fremont, California.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, and network concerns.
• Develop and communicate testing and infrastructure release scope, validation strategies, test phases, environment readiness criteria, deployment roadmaps, and production timelines.
• Identify system data, hardware, and software components required to meet user needs and perform systems management and integration functions.
• Create and maintain testing artifacts, environment documentation, deployment checklists, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and production deliverables.
• Participate in technical walkthroughs and environment review meetings with leadership.
• Monitor environment usage, test execution progress, deployment milestones, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain testing and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Utilize GitLab, Ansible, AWS, GCP tools, Terraform, IAM, CloudWatch, and Python automation scripts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Science, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation.

Salary Range:
$174,637.00 – $184,637.00 per year
